Our favorite time of year is finally here - Summer! With it comes the daily assault of taxing chlorine compounds, drying sea salt, and damaging sun rays - not to mention all of the havoc we wreck on our angel’s hair from daily styling fax pas.

Chlorine and salt water both dry, discolor, and damage hair. Chlorine binds to the hair, filling in gaps in the hair shaft. Mineral deposits in salt water make hair brassy and brittle. Both severely dehydrate hair. Imagine how these elements affect delicate, kinky/curly hair which tends to be much drier than straight hair. It is imperative that you (1) take preventative steps to avoid damaged, lifeless hair, (2) moisturize your child’s hair on a daily basis to restore moisture balance, and (3) take the time to incorporate a quality summer hair care regime.

Here are a few summertime tips that will keep damaged, split, brittle, frizzy hair away, so you and your angel can enjoy the summer without worry.

Summer Hair Care Tips:

Before your angel enters a pool, lake, ocean, or any body of water, drench his/her hair with water and apply a coat of conditioner to the hair. This water/conditioner mixture will fill up the gaps in your hair shaft and act as a barrier from the chlorinated water. Follow up with a little club soda; it makes for a good post-pool rinse. I recommend wearing a swim cap as often as possible. Although most kids hate wearing them for many reasons - it’s comfortable, unattractive, or it never stays on, etc. - using a cap, that securely protects the hair, is always the best option.

If there is a time to be extra gentle with her hair, it is now. Treat her hair like a fine silk blouse. Purchase a gentle hydrating shampoo. ALWAYS follow up with a rich conditioner. Shampoo gently - massage a small amount of shampoo into scalp, rinse well.

Use a quality conditioner with moisturizing ingredients to deep condition her hair on a weekly basis during the summer. Look for ingredients such as wheat germ, jojoba oil, coconut oil, silk amino acids, etc.

Over-shampooing and under-conditioning is a common culprit to dry and frizzy hairespecially in the summer months. Shampooing more than 1x a week is not recommended. On her “shampoo-less” days, simply do a conditioning rinse - rinse hair to remove styling products (this is when using the right products that are water soluble come in). Apply an ample amount of conditioner, comb through, rinse, and proceed with styling. Doing so will pump much needed moisture back into her hair without stripping away essential nutrients, rinse away unnecessary dirt and oil, and give her a fresh, clean start.

Avoid products that contain synthetic oils such as mineral and/or petrolatum oil, as they further dehydrate your hair. Also avoid products that contain drying alcohol, such as hair spray, mousse and some gels. Instead, opt for a finishing lotion.

Pay special attention to the ends of his/her hair; after all, they are the oldest part of the hair. Mix a bit of a conditioner with a natural oil, apply, and comb through ends; leave in for extra protection.

“Superb hair care for multi ethnic women”

Choosing the right hair product for your particular hair style and texture can be confusing, especially with all of the hair care product advertisements we are bombarded with on a daily basis. With each commercial, each glossy ad, and each retail display case, companies do their best to convince us that their hair product has just what it takes to take our Medusa locks and turn them into tresses fit for the runway. But can they really do all that they promise? And how do you know which ones are worth investing in and which ones belong in the recycling bin?

Granted, hair products can do wonders when it comes to making your do look the best that it can. But you need to choose the right products or you else you may find yourself rinsing your money right down the drain with your latest expensive hair care product.

Must have hair products

Depending on your hair type, there are several hair products that are essential for everyone.

First, you need a good shampoo that is tailored to your specific hair type. While you don’t have to spend a lot of money here, make sure to choose a hair product that contains no waxy substances. Waxy substances are used in many of the over-counter hair care products on the market today. If you are unsure which ones contain wax, stick with a professional shampoo. Truly professional shampoos can be found in salons only.

Next, you will need a professional conditioning hair product. If you need to cut costs by purchasing an over-the-counter hair care product, do it with the shampoo, not with your conditioner. Yes, you may spend a few extra dollars, but your hair will thank you for it. Make sure that your conditioner is tailored to your specific hair type. For example: If you have chemically damaged hair, choose a hair product that repairs and strengthens damaged hair.

Lastly, you will need various styling hair products. The ones you choose will depend largely on your style. A good rule of thumb to follow is this: use mousse for light, carefree and blow-dried styles; gel for curly and wet-looking styles; and pomade for textured, funky and spiked styles. A hair spray with the desired hold should be used to finish off each style.

Expensive verses inexpensive hair care products

I’m a firm believer in that you get what you pay for, but that line seems to get blurred when dealing with professional hair products. Most people believe that when they buy hair products from salons that they are going to end up paying a great deal of money for something that they can pick up in the corner drug store for half the price. But this is not the case.

The main differences between professional and non-professional hair care products are in the quality of the products, not the pricing. I have seen high-quality professional hair products sell for as little as $5 a bottle, the same price that you would pay for many non-professional products. So, you can get a great deal on professional products. The bottom line is that no matter what the price, professional is better.

Now, are high-priced professional hair products better than the inexpensive ones? The answer is surprisingly no. While some professional lines may have individual products that are perfect for your hair and well worth the high price tag, most professional hair care product lines, even the inexpensive ones, have everything that you would ever need to make your hair gorgeous.

So, stop looking at the price tag and glamorous ads and start looking at the back of the bottle to find out what hair products are perfect for you. And if in doubt, ask your stylist.

In many cases, hair loss is attributed to a physical condition, such as Thyroid disease, or the lack of proper nutrition. Certain medications can also strip your body of vitamins and minerals that are essential for healthy hair production and growth. In these cases, the proper vitamin and mineral regimen can significantly reduce hair loss and promote new hair growth.

After starting a vitamin and mineral supplement program, it can take up to 2 to 3 months to see results, but you will see results. So, do not become discouraged if your hair loss does not totally reverse itself after a few weeks of vitamin and mineral therapy.

The following is a guide to some of the more common vitamins and minerals that have been proven to be effective at promoting healthy hair growth. If you are going to start taking any of the listed supplements, be sure to consult with your doctor first and not to exceed the recommended dosage. Doing so can actually cause hair loss in some cases.

Vitamin A is an antioxidant that helps to produce healthy sebum (oil) in the scalp. You get Vitamin A by consuming foods such as fish liver oil, milk, meat, cheese, eggs, cabbage, carrots, spinach, broccoli, apricots and peaches. The daily recommended dosage of Vitamin A is 5,000 IU.

Vitamin C is another antioxidant that helps maintain healthy hair and skin. You get Vitamin C by consuming foods such as citrus fruits, kiwi, pineapple, tomatoes, green peppers, potatoes and dark green vegetables. The daily recommended dose is 60 mg.

Vitamin E increases scalp circulation which is vital for hair growth. You get Vitamin E by eating foods such as wheat germ oil, soybeans, raw seeds ad nuts, dried beans and leafy green vegetables. The daily recommended dose is up to 400 IU.

Biotin is thought to help produce keratin, the building block of hair and nails. It is also thought that is vitamin may prevent graying. You get Biotin from eating foods such as whole grains, egg yolks, liver, rice and milk. The daily recommended dose is 150-300 mcg.

Vitamin B6 is thought to prevent hair loss and help create melanin, the pigment which gives hair its color. You get Vitamin B6 by eating foods such as liver, whole grain cereals, vegetables, organ meats and egg yolks. The daily recommended dose is 1.6 mg.

Calcium is essential for healthy hair growth. You get Calcium by eating foods such as dairy, fish, nuts, lentils and sesame seeds. The daily recommended dose is up to 1,500 mg.

Copper helps prevent hair loss and defects in hair color and structure. You get copper by eating foods such as shellfish, liver, green vegetables, eggs, chicken and beans. The daily recommended dost is up to 3 mg.

Iodine helps regulate thyroid hormones. Thyroid disease is the number one cause of disease-related hair loss. You get Iodine from foods such as fish, seaweed, kelp, iodized salt and garlic. The recommended daily dose is 150 mcg.

Manganese prevents hair from growing too slowly. You get Manganese from foods such as eggs, whole grain cereals, avocados, beans, nuts, meat and chicken. The daily recommended dose is 3 to 9 mg.

Silica prevents hair loss by strengthening the hair. You get Silica from eating foods such as seafood, soybeans, rice and green vegetables. The daily recommended dose is 55 mcg.

As was mentioned earlier, taking more than the recommended dosage of these vitamins and minerals can have devastating consequences to your health. In addition, some supplements are not recommended for people with certain health conditions or for persons taking certain medications. So, be sure to talk with your doctor before taking any supplements to prevent hair loss.

In addition to these few examples, there are myriads of vitamins and minerals that can help you promote hair growth and slow down the process of hair loss. To find out which ones meet your needs, talk to your doctor.

Domesticated horses rely on humans to provide the opportunity for skin care, unlike the wild horse where they have the opportunity to groom each other! Grooming should be incorporated into the daily routine of owning and managing your horse to maintain its health and happiness. This practice increases the circulation to the skin, releasing necessary oils that promote a vibrant and lustrous coat. Daily grooming allows the coat to be shed gradually, easing the burden of trying to remove long hair and excess dead skin. A horse that is worked regularly should be thoroughly and properly groomed at all times.

Grooming not only allows us to give our horses a shiny, short, healthy coat, it also gives us the opportunity to go over our beautiful animals from head to toe, to notice any abnormalities such as cuts, wounds, irritations, fevers that your horse may have developed. The H-10 product range for first aid, H-10 Ointment and Spray is perfect to treat these problems.

Stages Of Grooming

WASHING. washing your horse helps to remove excess dirt, dry skin and unwanted hair, thus keeping the coat clean. Always use a good quality shampoo, low foaming or high foaming. The H-10 Elegance range is an ideal product and low foaming too which means that far less water is used when rinsing the coat.

Begin by making sure that your horse is tied up securely and safely. Lightly soak the horses face, working your way down to the end of the body and wetting the tail. When your horse is completely wet, apply your shampoo. The H-10 Elegance Blue Label can be applied directly or the H-10 Elegance Green Label can be diluted up to 4x in a bucket of water, depending on what you like to do. Use a big soft sponge for a thorough wash. Follow this with washing the horses face gently. Shampoo the tail mane and tail as you would your own hair.

Once the horse has been entirely scrubbed, wash off the shampoo. You can condition your horse’s tail to remove any knots with a quality conditioner or you can simply apply the H-10 Coat Gloss and Detangler. If your horses mane is going to be plaited following its bath, do not condition this as it will make it slippery. Scrape off the excess water with a sweat scraper and towel dry your horses face, mane and legs paying attention to the fetlocks. These can prone to bacterial and fungal problems if not dried thoroughly.

PULLING A MANE. Scissors should NEVER be used to pull a mane. A pulling comb is used to shorten and thin out a mane and forelock.
A mane will pull a lot more easily if the pores of skin are open and the horse is warm, after exercise for example. Run a comb through your horse,s mane to remove any knots before you start so that it is lying flat. Assess the thickness and length of the mane and any areas that may have cowlicks as these are prone to more thinning. Start at the wither, where it is less sensitive then move up near the ears. You should try to match the rest of the horse’s mane to that of it closest to the wither. Secure a thin piece of mane with your left hand from underneath the mane. The top layer of mane will lie smoothly over this once finished. Using the pulling comb, push the hair up towards the crest. Wrap the thinned portion of hair around the comb once or twice for leverage and pull down towards the horse’s neck.

Remember, gentle downward pressure will keep your horse more relaxed and less likely startle him and always use common sense when grooming your horse!! This will make grooming safe and easy!!

Are you having acne problem? Have you done something about it? No need to worry, almost everyone has a problem with acne. Nearly all of high-school-age girls to older women, even including men, experience this skin care problem. Acne may not be a dangerous skin disease, but the common appearance, especially if it becomes worse and severe, can become a very serious problem. Thus, you’re going to need a significant acne skin care.

Before going further to acne skin care, it will be best to get to know more about acne. It is a skin disorder caused by hormones on the skin’s oil glands. This leads to open skin pores and cause some spots, annoying ones, to emerge. These spots are called acne and usually occur on the face, neck, back, and chest.

A permanent blemish and scar caused by acne should be treated seriously. Besides it may distress the people who are affected, it can also lead to a worse skin condition. Here are some easy guidelines how to treat the acne - and to give care to your skin in general:

1. The first and most important to do is gently wash your skin, especially your face, at least twice a day. Use a mild cleanser and after that, clean your skin with water. Ask your dermatologist about what kind of cleanser to be used according to your skin type.

2. Use appropriate acne products, which you can get by asking your doctor. Allow some time for the medicine to work as suggested by the doctor or as said in the instruction. You’ll see the improvement later, which usually takes several weeks.

3. Be careful when using cosmetics. You should use ones that are oil free, since oily skin is believed to be one of the factors that contribute to the emergence of acne.

4. Take vitamins for your skin. Vitamin E is the best one for a good skin. You can consume it through some fresh foods (fruits and vegetables) or simply just take vitamin E tablets available at drug stores.

5. Start a new healthy lifestyle by doing a balanced diet. Eat healthy foods, namely the low-fat and fresh ones. Don’t forget to drink a lot of water since it helps bring out toxin from the body.

You see from the above guidelines that there’s no difficulty at all in acne care, right? You just need to live clean and healthy to have a good skin. So, why not start a new lifestyle today? And buy only quality products - for a long-lasting healthy skin ever.

When it comes to hair growth, we’ve all been guilty of anxiously peering in the mirror everyday to see if we have made any progress only to become frustrated with the fact that it takes a long time to regrow hair. Added to that is the frustration that comes along with not being able to style your hair during this stage. That is why many refer to hair regrowth as an “awkward stage.”

While hair growth is a slow process (locks normally grow about

With the great variety of carpet cleaning methods out there, it can be hard to decide which method is best for you. In truth, they all work well but some have advantages over others. This article will go over the various different methods of carpet cleaning so that you can decide for yourself which method you like the best.

Steam Cleaning

This method is also known as hot water extraction and is probably the best known and most used method. In this method, a cleaning solution is first applied to the carpeting to dissolve and suspend soil. The solution is then rinsed from the carpet with hot water. The carpet cleaner will either use a portable cleaning unit which they bring into your home or a truck mounted unit which they leave in their van. Truck mounted units usually provide better heat and vacuum and the technician will only have to bring a solution and vacuum hose into your home.

An advantage to this method is that it has a great deal of flushing action and is great for heavily soiled carpets. A disadvantage is that it has the longest drying time of any method, usually between 6 and 24 hours. Some of the more well known users of this method include Blackman Mooring and Stanley Steemer.

Bonnet Cleaning

Bonnet cleaning is the next most popular method. In this method, the cleaner will apply a cleaning solution to your carpet. The solution absorbs the soil and then is soaked into cotton or synthetic bonnets that are on a spinning floor machine.

The advantage of this method is short drying times, usually under two hours. A disadvantage is that it may not work on heavily soiled carpets as well as steam cleaning can. The most famous user of this method is Chem Dry (Chem Dry does also use a form of steam cleaning in some areas).

Foam & Shampoo Cleaning

With this method, a foaming shampoo is applied to the carpet. The cleaner uses a machine to agitate the shampoo into the carpet absorbing soil and dirt. It is then allowed to dry and the dried shampoo is then vacuumed from the carpet along with the soil it has absorbed.

This method also has the advantage of quick drying times, usually under two hours. A disadvantage to this method is that it can leave a bit of a residue leading to carpet re-soiling problems. The most famous method of foam cleaning is Von Schrader.

Powder Cleaning

With this last method, a semi moist powder is applied to the carpeting. The cleaner than uses a machine with rotating brushes to vacuum the powder into the carpet. The powder absorbs soil, is allowed to dry and is then vacuumed up.

This method has the advantage of very quick drying times, typically under one hour. A disadvantage is that the cleaner may not completely be able to remove the powder. It will not harm the carpet but can be annoying. The most famous method of dry powder cleaning is Host.

Hopefully this method has given you a little information that you can use to make an educated decision on a method of carpet cleaning. As I said earlier, all methods of cleaning will get the job done. You just have to pick the one that makes the most sense to you.

James C operates a directory of carpet and upholstery cleaners.

Patient came in yesterday to our teaching clinic and reporting how she was doing with her horribly dry and itchy skin and scalp. She had been in a month prior in despair.

She had been recommended to take fish oil a few times a day. Her improvement was excellent yet not completely resolved.

My first thought was to include a shower filter which would remove the harmful effects of chlorine.

Dry skin’s main cause is either due to:

  • diet
  • environmental

Watching TV now is killing me with all the ads for lotions and creams. They are mostly all bunk. Why not remove the cause of the dry skin instead of putting a band-aid on it every 4 hours?

I must say that treating symptoms rather than treating the cause is one of my biggest pet peeves. So easy to do and so many of us do not do it. WHY??? I guess we’re programmed to find relief rather than resolution. Relief is faster than resolution most of the time. Us Yankees are so into making the short term buck for the least effort. Make a little more effort and gain further benefit.

Find resolution will ya?!

If one’s diet lacks essential fatty acids such as flax oil, borage oil, primrose oil or fish oil, their skin will likely become dry and irritated. Add essential fatty acids to your diet.

If one’s environment consists of harsh cleaners, solvents, alternating wet dry, chemicals or simply chlorine, dry skin may become an issue. Remove the environmental issues if possible.

Granted there are countless other nutrients for skin - such as vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc, biotin, proline, MSM et al - yet a major component of healthy skin can be achieved through consuming fish oil and using chlorine filters.

A great liquid fish oil that tastes lemony can be found in Carlson’s Fish Oil. My son loves it and so do I - and that speaks volumes as I’m not much of a fish lover. If one prefers capsules, look for cold water fish oil capsules as they contain basically no heavy metals.

A shower chlorine filter is a good idea as chlorine destroys proteins and strips oils from the body - inside and out. Ideally, one would also purchase filtered water or an in-home countertop drinking water filter.

I have been using the water filters by New Wave Enviro Products. The shower filter by New Wave Enviro has been in my home for about 6 years now. I love it and noticed a major difference in my scalp and especially after shaving. I don’t get the super dry face anymore - in fact, I don’t even use shaving cream anymore - just soap and water in the shower. My wife doesn’t apply buckets of lotion anymore either after each shower. That drove me nuts - one more step before she was ready to get out the door.

The next few paragraphs are a bit of a tangent but are useful if you’re considering a drinking water filter. If you have dry skin and the essential fatty acids and shower filter are not doing it, you may want to consider adding a drinking water filter to improve your skin and overall health.

There are numerous drinking water chlorine filters on the market. Things to look for are how much it costs to run them per gallon. If a unit initially costs only $20.00 that’s great short term - however, if the filter has to be replaced every 2 months and costs $20 a pop, that adds up fast. If you become lazy and do not change the filter as recommended, you are causing more harm that good. Why? The filter begins to dump out what it has been filtering for the past 2 months plus bacteria begin to set up base camp. Ever notice that your filtered water has begun to taste funky??? Replace the filter.

If you’re looking for a drinking water filter, consider the New Wave Enviro 10 Stage Premium Countertop Water Filter. This filter only costs an average of four cents per gallon and the filter has to be replaced only every 1500 gallons which is about a year for a family of four folks. The water tastes excellent coming out of there and it is a no brainer to set up. Many of my neighbors and fellow classmates are using it and enjoying it. I’ve done my homework on this one and the customer service from New Wave is unmatched. A friend of mine had her filter clog up for some random reason in only 3 months of use - the company shipped her out a new filter right away. It likely was due to her house’s water pipes being old and shedding sediment but New Wave didn’t care. They wanted her happy.

Toss the Brita - it’s bank and honestly is a garbage water filter. I had one of those for years. I got tired of the nasty taste.

To compare the major brand water filters, this website’s water filter review seems pretty good. They do not have the New Wave Enviro filters there but they do offer about 10 others.

When our patient comes back, I will let you know how her dry skin is doing. It may be awhile but I’ll remember to post her update.

Enjoy removing the cause of your dry skin! Applying lotion day after day month after month cannot be fun. It takes four weeks for a new healthy layer of skin to appear - only 4 weeks. So in 6 weeks you will likely be lotion free.

The shower filter benefits are noticeable in about 3 days - some people notice the difference after the first shower. Of course it depends on how much chlorine your city water has and how sensitive you are.

There are many reasons for hair loss. Hair loss could be due to stress, medication, hormonal imbalance etc. DHT and male pattern baldness are closely related to each other. The dihydrotestosterone has a very bad effect on the hair follicles, which slows down the growth of hair or stops hair growth completely.

The main cause of hair loss is stress. Stress and mental tension leads to hair loss. Male pattern hair loss is a genetic problem and is hereditary. Hormones like testosterone and DHT make the hair fall, you could even go bald completely. Bald people can regain hair through medication and surgery. Baldness is not a disease but it is a condition. A person could become bald any time, but the process of balding takes some time. First the hair becomes thin, then the hair starts falling, and slowly the hair growth stops which could lead to a bald head.

Hair care is very important for people who have hair loss problems. Male pattern hair loss is very common and if treated at an early stage it would be very beneficial. The reason for hair loss in men and women is different. Hair loss treatments help in aiding hair growth. Hair loss is a very difficult situation to handle and if left untreated then it could lead to a bald pate.

Your hair would be healthy and shiny if your internal body system functions properly. If you are having any illness then you could lose hair. Taking vitamins and minerals helps in hair growth.

Hair loss is experienced by all of us at one or the other time. To know the causes of hair fall, it is very essential to know the structure of hair and its normal growth cycle.

Structure of hair

The hair on our scalp can be divided into two parts, the root and shaft. The root part of hair is in the skin (epidermis) of scalp. The hair root is surrounded by a pouch like structure called follicle. The base of hair root is in the shape of a bulb. This bulb is indented by capillaries and nerve fibers. The cells in the center of bulb divide. The newly divided hair cells push the previous cells up. The cells which move upwards die slowly forming hard hair shaft.

The hair shaft has three layers the cuticle, medulla and cortex.

Cuticle is the outer layers and protects the inner layers. It is transparent. Healthy cuticle gives a shiny appearance for hair and unhealthy cuticle gives lifeless look

Medulla is the innermost layer composed of large cells.

Cortex is the layer between cuticle and medulla. This contains pigment and keratin. Cortex determines the bulk and strength of hair.

The hair follicle contains oil secreting glands which make the hair shiny .Stress and illness diminish secretion of oil and pigments causing graying of hair.

According to Ayurveda the hair is considered as a tissue which uses the same nutrients of bone and considered as a tissue which is formed as bi-product of bone tissue.

Normal cycle of hair growth.

About 10 % of the hair on the scalp is in a resting phase at any given time. The resting hair falls after 2 to 3 months and new hair starts growing in its place. The growing phase continues for 2.25 to 6 yrs. During this phase each hair grows approximately 1 cm per month. At any given time about 90% of the hair on scalp will be in growing phase.

Few strands of hair fall as the part of normal hair growth cycle. But some people may experience excessive hair fall which is more than normal cycle. Excessive hair loss can affect men, women and children.

Causes of hair loss

1. Hormonal imbalance in men and women: In men high concentration of dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in hair follicles causes hair fall. In women hormonal imbalances during pregnancy and after delivery cause hair fall.

2. High amount of sebum in scalp clogs pores of scalp and prevent nutrition to hair follicle.

3. Inadequate nutrition causes hair fall.

4. Stress, worry, lack of sleep, worry and anxiety cause hair fall

5. Long standing diseases like typhoid, viral infections, anemia, surgery etc cause general debility which lead to hair fall

6. Some medicines used for gout, chemo therapy of cancer , birth control pills , antidepressants etc cause hair fall

7. Diseases like lupus, diabetes cause hair fall.

8. Tying hair tightly pulls the hair from follicles and cause traction alopecia.

9. Heredity also causes hair fall.

10. Dandruff or Fungal infection of scalp.

11. Accumulation of dirt on scalp causes blocking of pores and weakens hair roots. This leads to hair fall.

According to ayurveda the causes of hair loss are described as follows

1. Too much exposure to dust, sunlight, water and other pollutants.

2. Too much of sweating.

3. Irregular sleeping pattern.

4. Anxiety, depression, insomnia.

5. Unhygienic way of living

6. Diseases

7. Alcohol consumption.

Hair loss Remedies

1. Liberal intake of vitamins.

2. High protein and iron rich diet.

3. Consumption of raw vegetables, fresh fruits, salads, green leafy vegetables regularly.

4. Washing hair regularly ( twice weekly ) with suitable shampoo.

5. Using relaxing techniques to overcome stress, anxiety and sleeplessness.

6. Preventing fungal infections of scalp.

7. Preventing hairstyles which pull hair.

Due to these causes the tridoshas get vitiated and cause hair loss. The vitiated doshas affect the scalp skin and cause hair fall occurs. Medicated oil with the herbs Bhringaraja ( Eclipta Alba ), Amalaki ( Embelica officinalis ), Haritaki ( Terminalia chebula ) and Vibhitaki ( Terminalia bellirica ) is a best remedy for hair fall.
